Responsibilities & Context:
- Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies to ensure that the toy business division meets its revenue objectives and experiences growth.
- Lead, supervise, and provide guidance to the sales team to guarantee optimal performance and consistency with the division's objectives.
- Identify and actively seek opportunities to enhance the market presence of our toy items, both inside our home country and in other markets.
- Establish and sustain robust connections with crucial clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
- Observe and evaluate market trends, consumer behaviour, and competitor initiatives to review sales strategies and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and supervise the sales budget, ensuring the effective distribution of resources to meet sales objectives.
- Compile and deliver periodic sales reports, offering valuable analysis and suggestions to top-level executives.
