Experience:
M. Sc in Chemistry/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Food Technology with good academic record.
Ability to work under pressure
Good Communication and Presentation Skills
Strong Computer Skills (e.g., Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, e-mail, Internet, etc)
Raw materials sampling and analysis of food products.
In process quality control (IPQC).
Identifying the root cause and action plan against any kind of quality related issues.
Microbiological work test
Working with the production department to develop productivity and product quality.
Manage occupational safety, health and environment inside the total plant as a member of the safety committee and help to improve unsafe act or condition by following the safety manual
Overall Supervision of QC Department.
Strictly adhere to occupational safety system.
Submit a report regularly on raw materials, pH value and quality of finished products accordingly.
Prepare and submit Daily performance report
Ensure proper documentation.
Documentation work (ISO, HACCP, BSTI)
To carry out any other assignment given by the company or immediate superior.
