Responsibilities & Context:
Assist in the day-to-day legal operations of the organization
Filing, follow-up and report preparation of civil and criminal cases
Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
Helping to ensure corporate legal compliance
Maintain regular liaison with external legal counsels and attend court hearings as required
Monitor the progress of legal cases and ensure proper maintenance of case files, records, and status reports
Conduct frequent visits to courts for legal follow-up and coordination as required
Any other relevant assignment given by the management
