Responsibilities & Context:
- Preparing & maintaining of voucher, cash book, bank book, bill register, general ledger & different registers related to Finance & Accounts.
- Preparing of bills or invoice and keeping records of transactions.
- Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of expenses to assure operational efficiency.
- Monitor receivables and payable of relevant entries regularly.
- Analyzing Bank statements.
- Monthly closing of the accounts and reporting to the management.
- Co-ordinate with other departments.·
- Any other job as and when required by the Management.
