• Responsible to monitor Merchandising, Purchase, Commercial & Production Planning Department.

• Ensure all team members have their tasks assigned.

• Collect weekly and monthly goals from all departments.

• Check weekly and monthly goals hit/fail status and take necessary steps (if needed).

• Make sure sample are doing according production feasible methods.

• Work with pre-production team to mitigate identified risk at the sample stage.

• Make sure all bulk sewing methods before line feeding. Make sure lines properly balanced to achieve.

• Setup processes and process targets in each function to monitor output.

• If any discrepancies happen need to inform ED & Head Office to get action.

• Develop quality process links with customers in line with the QMS·

• To meet the objectives and targets of the customer`s Quality·

• Analyze inspection reports to identify sources of quality problems and take necessary countermeasures to improve future results ·

• To follow the `Time and Action Plan` regularly to ensure on-time delivery with the right quality and quantity·

• Lead the team to achieve quality targets for customers and business goals·

• Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice quality vision, strategy, policies, processes, and procedures to aid and improve operational performance·

• Ensure that all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy all customer requirements·

• Lead regular inspection meetings with representatives from appropriate departments to establish an action plan for improving build quality.

• Develop, Craft, lead and execute purchasing strategies & negotiation strategies and close deals with optimal terms Partner with stakeholders to ensure clear requirements documentation.

• Track and report metrics to reduce expenses and improve effectiveness.

• Commercial and technical factors Forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs. Keeping a constant check on stock levels.

• Build healthy relationship with new and existing customers.

• Responsible for managing import vendors and material·

• Oversee day to day merchandising activities on product development & bulk·

• To follow up running orders, all approvals including samples and accessories, PP meetings, yarn and fabric status in order to start production and on timely shipment.

• Monitor all Commercial Import & Export documents bills of exchange, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Buyer Packing Lists, beneficiary certificates, shipping bills, etc.

• The Checking and controlling HS code, Customs Act, Import Policy, Export Policy, Insurance, and other related laws applicable for Import & Export.

• Communication with the Bank for All Import & Export activities, Loan Sanction, Renewal & Repayment, LC, Purchase, Maturity Payment & Collection.

• Negotiate with suppliers, Opening L/C, Insurance processing, dealing with C&F agents and Forwarding Agent.

• Other Duties & Responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
