∎ Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in HRM, Post Graduate Diploma (PGD) in HRM and Certification Course of Compliance will get preference.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct internal audit and monitoring environmental compliance - Waste water, ETP, waste, emission, energy records.
∎ Follow-up & monitor ALLIANCE and ACCORD CAPs and handling the full ALLIANCE/ACCORD issues.
∎ Organizational Development by implementing policy and procedure.
∎ To prepare factory floors/working environments in accordance with compliance standards, i.e., DETOX, GOTS, OCS, SEDEX, BSCI, WRAP, CTPAT ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 1801, Alliance/ACCORD and HIGG.
∎ To develop and implement Compliance polices as per local law and different buyers' Code of Conducts.
∎ To keep the factory 24/7 ready for facing different audits such as HIGG, GOTS, OCS, OEKOTEX, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, Security System Audit (C-TPAT), Special Audit of H&M and IKEA, and other different social / ethical / environmental / technical / Supply Chain Security (SCS) / QMS audits
∎ Attending different kinds of Auditors, Buyers & Visitors. Monitoring good implementation of different kinds of social, technical, environmental & safety standards throughout the facility.
∎ To prepare & update of all compliance related documents/registers as per buyer's requirement.
∎ Follow up & implementation of post audit recommendations.
∎ Conduct internal audit and monitoring social compliance - legal, policies, health-safety, wages, working hours, HRM and housekeeping.
∎ Support in house fire safety responsible for fire drill and day to day fire safety issue.
∎ Ensuring & Monitoring to use PPE (Personal protective equipment) for Safety & health to secure working environment.
∎ To identify potential areas of compliance vulnerability and implement corrective action plans for resolution of problematic issues, and provides general guidance on how to avoid or deal with similar situations in the future.
∎ To perform any other task as assigned by the management from time to time.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Working experience with a world-class buyer like IKEA, Elsatex, Walmart, Decathlon, Target, Otto, H&M etc.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area: Compliance.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Spinning, Textiles/ Garments, etc.
∎ At least 3 years of work experience in the same or similar role.
∎ Excellent knowledge & experience in Textiles/Garments Industry.
∎ Advanced knowledge of MS Excel & MS word.
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of English.
∎ Good analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Sound knowledge of labor law & Compliance.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 70000 - 100000 (Monthly)
