Job Context:
∎ The primary focus of this position is developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. He/she needs to bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues. Additionally he/she needs to lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, delivering training, and enforcing company policies and practices.
∎ He/she should be self-motivated, and responsible incumbent with an analytical and strategic mind and have a broad knowledge in the relevant field.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Partner with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy.
∎ Manage the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants.
∎ Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings and prepare job descriptions accordingly.
∎ Manage the development and implementation of Human Resource Policies.
∎ Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed
∎ Maintain compliance across the organization as per labor law and organization policy.
∎ Prepare performance management guideline and work with line managers to implement Annual Performance Appraisal efficiently
∎ Identify, design, and deliver the necessary development programs and training opportunities to ensure employees are able to meet current and future performance standards and business requirements including Training Assessment, Plan, Delivery and Accountability
∎ Any other administrative & supervisory responsibilities assigned by the management
