∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
IT Project Management, project coordination, Technology Project Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate internal resources and the stakeholders for the flawless execution of projects.
∎ Develop and analyze functional specifications.
∎ Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope.
∎ Develope project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
∎ Ensure resource availability and allocation.
∎ Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
∎ Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
∎ Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
∎ Report and escalate to management as needed.
∎ Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
∎ Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
∎ Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Experience with agile development methodologies
∎ Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
∎ An ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules and step-by-step action plans
∎ Hands-on experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira)
∎ PRINCE II certification is a plus
∎ Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
∎ Strong communication skills with both internal team members and external business stakeholders
∎ Strong initiative to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
∎ Awareness of current issues affecting the industry and its technologies
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 35000 (Monthly)
