Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Engineering
∎ BSc in Textile Engineering or Diploma in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate with production, merchandising, and other departments for smooth production and coordination
∎ Sound knowledge of material consumption
∎ Conduct IE analysis and ensure systemic control of IE-related activities
∎ Monitor production planning and operations-related activities
∎ Set SMV (Standard Minutes Value), efficiency calculation, and assign a target based on efficiency and SMV
∎ Make suggestions to increase production, productivity, and efficiency
∎ Perform time study and maintain monthly skill matrix and capacity analysis
∎ Prepare machine and paper layouts for every new style
∎ Communicate with the merchandising team and solve production-related issues
∎ Ensure that the vendors meet the required quality standards
∎ Raw materials /inventory planning and controlling Production planning and controlling ,Machine breakdown analysis
∎ Process flow analysis. Line planning and balancing Capacity study, Production target set up,Production calculation, Efficiency calculation
∎ Any other task assigned by the management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Degree in Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
∎ Skills Required: Decision-making, Good interpersonal and communication skills, Problem Solving
Salary: Negotiable
