Educational Requirements:
∎ Masters in Engineering (MEngg) in Textile Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor first bulk production.
∎ Handles costing of wash garments.
∎ Co-ordinate with factories on shipment schedule and deliveries.
∎ Resolves all production washing problems and technical issues independently.
∎ Handles buyer sample and first bulk production.
∎ Over all in charge of sample development and production.
∎ Handle the formulation and procedure on all different type of washes.
∎ Resolves all production problem and technical issues independently.
∎ Handles dry process as like whiskers, tacking, permanent creasing hand scraping, PP spray, PP rubbing.
∎ Over all in charge of samples development and production.
∎ Handles the formulation and procedures on all different type of washing.
∎ Resolve all production washing problem and technical issues independently.
∎ Handles all product development (Does washing trial and formulate washing recipe).
∎ Evaluating all incoming and outgoing wash goods from subcontract washing plant.
∎ Does random checking during washing plant visit.
∎ Given washing approval to the washing plant independently.
∎ Over all in charge of incoming sample for development
∎ Handles all samples, dyeing, tinting, enzyme, bleaching especially denim fabric
∎ Handles the formulation and all procedure on different types of washes
∎ Handles dry process on all samples as like whisker, hand brushing, tacking, nicking, grinding and PP spray.
∎ Communicate to the buyer regarding all development issue.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 45 to 55 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Well conversant in English speaking
∎ Strong leadership and team management skill
Salary: Negotiable
