Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be responsible for the topline deliverables of HR activities of the function..
∎ Execute end-to-end recruitment of senior positions and oversee overall recruitment activities of the division.
∎ Oversee HR Operations of the division.
∎ Oversee Compensation & Benefits of the division.
∎ Organize training sessions related to ethics, benefits, safety, or others as required.
∎ Periodically review policies and procedures; and recommend updates/amendments as and when needed.
∎ Oversee annual KPI settings and performance appraisals.
∎ Monitor employee performance and initiate action plan based on gaps.
∎ Maintain liaison with group HR and the divisional HR team.

Salary: Negotiable
