• Age At most 35 years

• Must Experienced in Winda Software.

• Minimum 6 years at Pattern Master level.

• Total 10+ years’ experience in Sample department working.

• Must have hands-on experience in Knit Garments.

• Exposure to multiple buyers & styles will be an advantage.

• Strong commercial sense & business-oriented mindset.

• Excellent communication skills in English & Bangla.

• Ability to work under pressure & handle multiple orders simultaneously.

• Strong follow-up, coordination & problem-solving skill.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word & Outlook.

• Smart, well-groomed, energetic & proactive personality

• Develop patterns for new styles based on technical sheets, sketches, and measurements Ensure patterns maintain correct fit, balance, and construction requirements

• Ensure Right First Time (RFT) sample development & timely approvals

• Make necessary pattern adjustments during fittings.

• Coordinate with production planning and merchandising all sample related issue.

• Ensure on-time sample delivery, quality & buyer satisfaction

• Work closely with production, QC, sourcing & buying teams

• Maintain proper documentation, order records & follow-up sample status

• Salary Review: Yearly
