Responsibilities & Context:
Count manpower head to head in the respective lines and cross check with daily attendance report
Conduct sample study and technical report
Analyze production capacity, machine layout, and manpower to ensure achievable plans
Monitor line efficiency, target vs. actual output and prepare efficiency reports
Identify bottlenecks and take corrective actions to improve line performance.
Calculate SMV using standard IE methods
Plan sewing line layout to reduce WIP and increase flow
Track hourly production, WIP, DHU, efficiency, and bottlenecks
Evaluate line capacity based on worker skills, machine availability, and style complexity.
