Responsibilities & Context:
To plan, organize, and supervise all finishing production activities (thread trimming, ironing, folding, tagging, packing, and carton sealing).
To ensure finishing output meets daily production targets and shipment deadlines.
To coordinate with Sewing, Quality, Packing, and Warehouse teams for smooth workflow.
To ensure buyer specifications, packing instructions, and quality standards are strictly followed.
To monitor finishing quality and minimize defects, rework, and rejection.
To manage manpower deployment, attendance, productivity, and discipline in the finishing section.
To ensure proper use and maintenance of finishing tools and equipment (irons, vacuum tables, metal detectors, etc.).
To ensure compliance with safety, health, and factory compliance standards in the finishing area.
To maintain finishing production reports, daily output records, and shipment status updates.
To support internal and buyer audits related to finishing and packing processes.
To coordinate with IE and Planning teams to improve efficiency and reduce wastage.
To ensure proper segregation and handling of rejected, altered, or reworked garments.
To follow company rules, SOPs, and buyer codes of conduct.
