Experience on Seed Crushing Industry will be given preference

• Perform raw material testing, assessment, and prepare detailed analytical reports.
• Conduct storage raw material testing and maintain accurate records in registers.
• Carry out online product testing and assessment (both physical and chemical parameters).
• Supervise and monitor all laboratory testing related to seeds, crude oil, and meal quality.
• Conduct and monitor water quality analysis for Water Treatment Plant (WTP).
• Manage and control the entomological section to ensure compliance with standards.
• Provide analytical data to support process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain calibration, accuracy, and functionality of all laboratory instruments.
• Ensure quality and compliance of packaging materials (shape, size, weight, and color).
• Develop, maintain, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for production and QA.
• Implement and ensure compliance with HACCP and ISO 22000 standards.
• Conduct hygiene, sanitation, and safe working practices in line with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Utilize SAP software for documentation, reporting, and process management.
