Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure block wise manpower balancing, accurate daily target setting
∎ To identify bottleneck & align accurate methods to improve the capacity
∎ To check machine layout diagrams and make correction
∎ To monitor line feeding follow up to ensure zero feeding
∎ To ensure hourly production monitoring and take corrective action
∎ To monitor loss time and take corrective action
∎ To prepare block wise weekly plan, maintain documents and pre-preparation
∎ To organize and conduct weekly feeding meeting
∎ To maintain skill inventory and verify production bonus accuracy
∎ To check capacity study and SMV correction where applicable
