∎ Good communication and strong presentation skills both in English & Bengali·
∎ Ability to plan and undertake multi-tasks effectively.
∎ Must have problem solving, Leadership, Analytical and decision making skill.
∎ Must have good command on office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook etc.)

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Planning, organizing, directing, controlling & monitoring HR functions.
∎ To ensure employee attendance management and help leave management process.
∎ To help probation management process.
∎ To ensure performance management process on time.
∎ To ensure employee compensation and benefits process.
∎ To help the rewards and punishment process.
∎ To ensure employee counseling & motivation.
∎ Monitoring and developing performance appraisal throughout the year.
∎ Completing employee exit, clearance & turnover management.
∎ Conducting departmental meetings and minutes making.
∎ Providing desk service & maintain employee relations.
∎ Preparing data for salary, bonus, allowance, profit share, insurance benefits and final settlement ensure it's disbursement.
∎ To write letters/ prepare drafts and correspond to various sections, concerned authorities and provide support to the Management.
∎ Any other duties as instructed by management.
