• Ability to work in a target-oriented sales environment

• Willingness to do extensive field work and market visits

• Basic knowledge or interest in solar energy systems (training will be provided)

• Ability to understand customer needs and suggest suitable solutions

• Good negotiation and convincing ability

Job Context:

We are looking for a dynamic, energetic, and target-oriented Solar Retail Sales Representative (SR) to promote and sell solar energy solutions. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, visiting customers, and achieving monthly sales targets in the retail solar market.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit retail shops, households, and potential customers for solar product sales

• Promote solar systems (panels, inverters, batteries, rooftop solutions)

• Generate new leads through field visits and networking

• Explain product features, savings, and installation process to customers

• Prepare quotations and follow up with clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

• Coordinate with technical team for system installation

• Maintain customer database and daily sales report

• Build strong relationships with dealers, electricians, and installers
