The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, providing accurate information about products/services, and ensuring excellent customer support. The role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a professional attitude while dealing with customers. The candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain proper call records and reporting.

Job Context: Facebook Moderator

The selected candidate will manage our company’s Facebook page communication, including responding to customer inbox messages and comments in a timely and professional manner. Responsibilities also include monitoring page activity, removing spam or irrelevant content, and assisting in posting updates, offers, and promotional content to increase engagement and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: Call Center Executive

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

  • Provide accurate information about products/services

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

  • Maintain proper call logs and records

  • Follow company scripts and communication guidelines

  • Ensure customer satisfaction and maintain a positive attitude

  • Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution when required

    Responsibilities: Facebook Moderator

  • Manage Facebook page inbox messages and reply to customers promptly

  • Respond to comments in a professional and polite manner

  • Monitor page activity and ensure smooth communication flow

  • Remove spam, fake, or irrelevant comments when necessary

  • Post updates, offers, and promotional content as instructed

  • Engage with customers to increase page interaction and satisfaction

  • Coordinate with marketing or sales team for campaign support
