Job Context:
We are seeking a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Assistant Manager to lead sales and business expansion initiatives for our solar rooftop and renewable energy solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing government and corporate tender processes, maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with technical teams to deliver customized energy solutions. This role requires strong market knowledge, commercial acumen, and experience in renewable energy or EPC business development.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead sales and marketing activities for solar rooftop and renewable energy projects.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across government, industrial, and commercial sectors.
Prepare, submit, and manage the e-GP tendering process.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with government offices, NGOs, EPC contractors, and corporate clients.
Prepare BOQs, quotations, techno-commercial offers, and project-related documentation.
Coordinate with technical teams for site surveys, proposal development, and client presentations.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s business growth strategy.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
Track sales performance and generate regular reports for management review.
Provide after-sales support and follow up on project progress to ensure client satisfaction.
