Job Responsibilities:
∎ Coordinate, evaluate and monitor all learning programs to ensure that learning & development targets and objectives are met.
∎ Assist in planning and implementing training calendar as per the requirement of managers.
∎ Evaluate training, and training bond issues.
∎ Facilitate the arrangement and management of training venues and facilities.
∎ Review training policy, format, and training approval procedure in due consultation with the department head.
∎ Responsible for the reporting of different training activities as per requirements and also collect feedback regarding the training.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
