We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Lead to join our team who will take full ownership of the technical direction and development of our product. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in Java, TypeScript, Spring Boot for REST API development, and Angular for frontend development. This role involves designing and coding high-quality software, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and resolving dependencies to ensure seamless project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Lead Development Efforts: Oversee the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance. Mentor and guide a team of developers, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Full-Stack Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient applications using Java Spring Boot, TypeScript, Angular and RDMS. Build and maintain robust RESTful APIs to support frontend and backend integration. Develop responsive and user-friendly web applications using Angular

• Code Quality: Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality code.

• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, Cross functional teams and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions. Identify and resolve technical dependencies and blockers to ensure smooth project progress.

• Ensure the security and compliance of applications.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

Required Skills & Experience:

Technical Skills:

• 8+ years of professional experience in software development.

• Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, etc) for backend development.

• Deep knowledge of TypeScript and Angular practices and commonly used modules based on extensive work experience

• Solid understanding of RESTful API design and implementation.

• Experience with relational (MariaDB, PostgreSQL).

• Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frontend build tools.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Leadership and mentoring abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with microservices architecture.

• Experience with modular frontend architecture and other frontend architectural patterns will be a strong plus.

• Familiarity with payment systems, fintech platforms, or financial workflows will be a strong advantage.

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
