Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): KPI Driven, PMS (KPI)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Set KPI for individual staff & worker level.
∎ Strongly monitor employee performance
∎ Establish KPI based operation for all staff levels.
∎ Closely work with management & interdepartmental head level.
∎ Responsible for employee performance appraisal.
∎ Review all employee performance appraisals in monthly/quarterly/yearly basis.
∎ Prepare and submit monthly reports to higher management.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Experience in IT/Ecommerce company is preferable.
∎ Strong Knowledge in Excel Database tables, queries, records for Generate of production Reports and the ability to adopt new technologies.
∎ Must have strong knowledge on Labour law.
∎ Good command in both written and spoken English
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
