Additional Requirements:

• Age At least 35 years

• Minimum 5–10 years of progressive experience in fundraising, donor management, or resource mobilization in the development, health, or social enterprise sector.

• Proven success in securing international funding from bilateral/multilateral donors, international foundations, or global development partners.

• Experience in grant proposal writing, donor reporting, and project budgeting.

• Prior engagement with CSR funding, impact investment, or blended finance models is an advantage.

• Experience working with NGOs, INGOs, development agencies, or social enterprises preferred.

Responsibilities & Context:

Zaynax Health Ltd., a leading digital healthcare innovator in Bangladesh, is looking for an experienced Funding Specialist to lead our grant acquisition and fundraising efforts. This role focuses on building sustainable partnerships and securing funding from both local and international sources to support our mission of making healthcare accessible and affordable for all.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a comprehensive fundraising and donor engagement strategy to attract local and international funding.

• Identify, research, and pursue grant and investment opportunities from foundations, development partners, multilateral/bilateral agencies, CSR programs, and government sources.

• Lead the preparation and submission of high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and donor reports.

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and potential donors, partners, and funding institutions.

• Collaborate with internal teams to design impact-driven project proposals with measurable outcomes and detailed budgets.

• Support senior management in implementing the organization’s resource mobilization and sustainability strategy.

• Ensure donor compliance, transparency, and timely reporting for all funding activities.

• Represent Zaynax Health at donor meetings, conferences, and partnership forums.
