The Senior Project Officer, Case Management Supervisor will be responsible for supervise comprehensive case management process, provide technical guidance, strengthen coordination among case worker & case management associate, lastly provide all administrative support for PSN case management process.
Case management supervisor will be responsible for providing all administrative support to the PSN case management interventions
Responsible for preparing need assessment, taking approval from CIC and all kind of liaisons with govt officials
Need to have clear understanding of case management supervision process
Assess the case management associate’s skills and design appropriate training topics
Provide accurate referrals and ensure adequate follow up of all referred cases
Provide technical support and guidance for the overall case management process to the caseworker
Ensure Supervision of the case worker by maintaining different supervision tools
Represent Program activities to UNHCR, Senior Management, External visitors and GBV Sub Sector
Support and provide guidance to the Caseworker for volunteers’ recruitment process by maintaining the SOP
Represent Program activities to UNHCR, Senior Management, External visitors and Sub Sector
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
