Experience:
Bachelor`s or Master`s degree from a recognised university.
A degree in HRM, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, Education, Social Science, Development Studies, or a related discipline is preferred.
Professional certification in Training & Development, Facilitation, Coaching, or a related field will be considered an added advantage.
5+ years of hands-on experience in training and facilitation.
Proven track record in designing and delivering soft skills and behavioral training programmes.
Experience in the NGO/development sector, particularly with a reputed MFI, will be considered an added advantage.
Good sense of confidentiality and cultural sensitivity.
Good proficiency in English and Bangla (written and spoken) is required.

Reports to: Head, Talent Management & Capacity Building
Key Responsibilities
Design and facilitate soft skills and behavioral training programmes for employees across all levels and functions.
Develop, update, and maintain training modules, facilitator guides, presentation decks, and supporting learning materials.
Apply interactive and experiential methodologies including case studies, role plays, simulations, and structured activities to maximize participant engagement and retention.
Conduct Training Needs Assessments (TNA) and recommend targeted, role-based learning solutions aligned with organisational priorities.
Measure training effectiveness through pre/post assessments, participant feedback, and structured post-training follow-up.
Liaise with internal stakeholders to align training delivery with departmental and organisational needs.
Maintain accurate training records and reports.
Contribute ideas and best practices to the continuous improvement of SAJIDA`s broader learning and development strategy.
Conduct training programmes across the country, involving monthly field visits and extended stays at field locations of up to 10-12 days, as required.
