This position will provide support for all correlations between databases, documentation, knowledge management and reporting. This position will maintain chain with project manager and team and assist in enriching WASH database. This position will also support in preparing annual operation plan, MEAL Plan, Program quality indicators, Monthly MIS and maintain the documentation of each project activity under the project document. Responsibilities will also include knowledge product generation, advocacy and networking initiative.
- Provide support in establishing and maintenance of an information management hub at the project level;
- Provide support to collect data, process, analyze and disseminate in understandable manner to all and relevant stakeholders;
- Identify gaps and needs within the camp, elaborate service mapping in close coordination with information points.
- Collect information (data) on the needs of the population and ensure regular collection of data for the camp profile;
- Conduct data validation to ensure the quality of data to produce quality MEAL through coordination with project staff.
- Maintain a repository of project documents, datasets, reports and knowledge products.
- Document and disseminate success stories, lessons learned, good practices and programme achievements.
- Manage information of all site visitors;
- Maintain and update site/camp level contact list, service mapping, 4W form, meeting minutes, and closely work with relevant stakeholders;
- Share information with camp actors and relevant government departments upon request from the concerned;
- Ensure a results-based monitoring framework and MEAL plan are effectively utilized in programs and monitoring and evaluation activities performed to focus on the program results chain.
- Develop M&E calendar, M&E guideline, Annual operation plan (AOP), Field monitoring plan and Program quality assurance process.
- Build staff capacity in the MEAL system and on different standardized monitoring and evaluation tools.
- Support for the Project Manager in conducting a staff training.
- Build staff capacity for appropriate feedback and response mechanisms at the field level to ensure accountability.
- Provide a field-monitoring report on time and help the project manager to minimize the negative impact and maximize the positive impact.
- Support feedback mechanism through information providing;
- Prepare and circulate weekly, monthly and quarterly meeting minutes.
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS report both quantitative and qualitative.
- Support to prepare quarterly and yearly donor report.
- Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
