Job Purpose:

This position is responsible for coordinating the overall activities of the Migration and Reintegration Support Centre. The incumbent will closely supervise the Programme Organizers of the respective upazilas and facilitate volunteers in carrying out their responsibilities. The role includes arranging and facilitating issue-based trainings and events, maintaining documentation, and preparing periodic reports and project MIS. The incumbent will also maintain communication withlocal-level stakeholders, including duty bearers, local government institutions, journalists, and returnee forums, to ensure smooth field implementation and support advocacy initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise program organizers under the respective Migration and Reintegration Support Center (MRSC).

  • Provide continuous guidance and technical support to the team to ensure quality program implementation and effective field operations.

  • Facilitate field-level activities and conduct regular monitoring visits to assess progress, address challenges, and ensure improved project outcomes.

  • Manage the end-to-end process of identifying, recruiting, orienting, and mobilizing volunteers to ensure adequate field-level support.

  • Maintain, regularly update, and ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of the structured returnee database.

  • Plan, organize, and facilitate local-level workshops, consultations, seminars, and other community engagement activities, ensuring meaningful stakeholder participation.

  • Build and maintain effective communication and working relationships with local stakeholders, including government organizations (GOs), NGOs, and other relevant partners, to support smooth implementation, collaboration, and advocacy.

  • Identify, capture, and document best practices, success stories, case studies, and field-level insights to support organizational learning and communication initiatives.

  • Prepare and submit periodic activity reports, Management Information System (MIS) updates, monitoring reports, and other required program documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
