Responsibilities & Context:

BRAC is an international development organisation founded in Bangladesh in 1972 that partners globally with over 100 million people living with inequality and poverty to create opportunities to realise their potential.

The Field Facilitator will be responsible for overseeing the daily outreach activities, Monitor & training the outreach members to build their capacity through which they can conduct initial Assessment & ensure PSN Case management support.

  • Field Facilitator will oversee the daily outreach activities, implementing a community outreach strategy

  • Conduct daily morning briefing to assign day to day task to the volunteers and ensure each day’s activities at the evening

  • Need to have clear understanding on PSN categorization and case management support

  • Conduct initial assessment (light assessment) within agreed timeframes

  • Review incoming screening submissions daily/regularly

  • Provide guided referral and short follow up support

  • Conduct visits to all community Outreach sites to coordinate and monitor COMs outreach activities

  • Maintain all documentations accurately daily attendance of COMs, COMs individual file, Weekly/Monthly report register etc.

  • Maintain quality of each data of PSN case identification and referral

  • Submit COMs activities kobo on weekly basis

  • Ensure the safety and well-being of team members, promoting and enforcing safeguarding policies and standards, and acting as a key source of guidance and support

  • Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action

  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
