The Deputy Project Manager, Media and Communication Specialist will be responsible for writing content, Producing Audio & Video materials, provide technical guidance to CWC officer, conduct training   to build capacity of volunteers, provide guidance in establishment of recording studio at camp.

• Develop and produce high-quality communication materials, including script, audio & videos, and other IEC materials in the local language, ensuring timely delivery maintaining organizational standards

• Conduct community assessments along with CWC Officer and Community Outreach Members (COMs), to evaluate the effectiveness and impact of audio and video communication materials

• Provide technical support for establishing and maintaining recording studio facilities at the camp level

• Build the capacity of Community Outreach Members (COMs) and CWC officer on audio message recording, content development, and effective communication techniques

• Produce short documentaries and multimedia content showcasing Community-Based Protection (CBP) interventions, achievements, and best practices

• Conduct regular field visits to understand community perceptions, identify emerging issues, and ensure communication materials are contextually relevant and responsive to community needs

• Ensure all communication materials and interventions are gender-sensitive, culturally appropriate, and aligned with protection principles and humanitarian standards

• Integrate protection mainstreaming principles throughout the planning, production, and dissemination of all audio-visual and communication materials

• Document success stories, case studies, and human-interest stories highlighting the positive impact of Community-Based Protection (CBP) interventions

• Coordinate with relevant internal and external stakeholders to ensure the quality, consistency, and effectiveness of communication and awareness activities

• Maintain proper documentation, archives, and reporting of communication products, training activities, and field assessments

• Ensure the safety and well-being of team members, promoting and enforcing safeguarding policies and standards, and acting as a key source of guidance and support

• Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment

• Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
