The Deputy Project Manager will be responsible for PSN case management project design, implementation, and monitoring, as well as providing technical guidance to the project staff to address challenges and ensure successful project cycle management.
Provide strategic leadership and technical guidance to the protection sectors, ensuring alignment with BRAC sectorial objectives, Annual work plan and guidelines, protection principles, and protection mainstreaming
Support the development of innovative program ideas and strategies that address the evolving needs of the Rohingya community and host community, particularly integration of protection sectors
Ensure the integration of cross-cutting issues such as gender, inclusion, and accountability in program design and interventions
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing donor partners, ensuring transparent communication and regular updates on program progress
Document and communicate program successes and challenges to donors and stakeholders, highlighting the program’s impact
Project design specially PSN identification, Categorization, Referral mechanism, Case management, outcome & Impact indicators, finalizing activities and target
Supervise all outreach activities, ensuring coverage of all shelters through the COMs, align with the approved project work plan, objectives, and timelines
Identify potential risks or challenges to project delivery, develop mitigation strategies, and implement corrective actions in a timely manner
Ensure all expenditures are in line with the approved budget and financial guidelines, flagging potential issues and implementing corrective measures if needed
Work closely with the finance team to reforecast and adjust the budget if necessary, ensuring alignment with project activities and donor requirements
Ensure the safety of Programme Participants, people who come into contact with the organisation and team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation including sexual exploitation and abuse (SEA) to achieve the programme's goals of safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place and encourage others to do so
