  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Administration, or related field.

  • Preferably MBA in HR / Personnel Management.

Responsibilities & Context:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and systems aligned with industry standards.
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, induction, and workforce planning.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, manpower reports, and MIS.
  • Handle performance management, appraisals, and skill development initiatives.
  • Manage employee relations, grievance handling, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
  • Coordinate training programs (soft skills, safety, compliance, supervisory training).
  • Ensure smooth functioning of payroll, leave management, and statutory deductions.
  • Support employee welfare activities and retention strategies.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, factory act, wages act, EHS norms, and CSR requirements.
  • Maintain statutory registers, licenses, permits, and compliance documentation.
  • Coordinate with brands/buyers during compliance audits (NEXT, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, ACCORD, C-TPAT, etc.).
  • Conduct internal compliance audits, risk assessments, and corrective action plans.
  • Ensure workplace safety, fire safety, evacuation plans, and health & hygiene standards.
  • Ensure HR and safeguard policies are displayed, explained, and followed across departments.
  • Liaison with government officials, labor departments, and auditors.
