Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage attendance & leave administration in the HRM System.
∎ Maintain HR Database by recording joining and updating information of all employees.
∎ Perform employee confirmation, promotions, termination, etc. and maintenance in HRM System.
∎ Maintain legal documentation, organization behavior documents and other related documents of HR and Admin.
∎ Oversee the housekeeping and proper security system of the company.
∎ Day-to-day administrative support to the company.
∎ Schedule meetings, prepare reports and filling documents etc.
∎ Strong communication skills in both Bangla & English.
∎ Prepare various reports related to HR & Administrative work.
∎ Hands-on Microsoft Office suite.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
