∎ Age at least 32 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Monthly analysis of export and national performance.
∎ Preparing PO of import items, printing cylinders, CNF works of import, mold repairing, misc. services work and any other PO instructed by Management and follow up the overall jobs accordingly.
∎ Follow up with CNF parties to release import items from sea or airport.
∎ Coordinating international business fairs in overseas countries.
∎ Follow up with BSTI for CM Licensing as per guidance and instruction of management.
∎ Online printing of foil packets as and when necessary.
∎ Making comparison statements of different offers before purchasing any big machinery/RM item.
∎ Making comparison statements of different offers of factory pre-fabricated steel building, shed building before starting works.
∎ Calculation of RM/PM that is related to import for taking import decision on time.
∎ Maintain proper communication, follow-up and coordinate activities of personnel engaged in procurement of raw materials, chemical, packaging materials, mechanical equipment's etc.
∎ L/C checking of import items.
∎ Shipping documents checking of import items.
∎ Attending meeting of different international business fairs, institutions.
∎ Issuing sticker requisition in ERP of different export orders for language or other requirements on finished goods packet.
∎ All kinds of file maintaining of operations - import documents, misc. approvals, misc. machinery handled by operations, misc. receiving, gate passes of operations, PO/Work orders of operations.
∎ Any other works assigned by the Management.
