Job Context
Gulshan Club Limited is looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join its team as Senior Executive/ Executive – Laundry Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing all laundry service operations, ensuring high-quality service, and maintaining member satisfaction through efficient and professional handling of garments.
Job Responsibilities
Receive garments from members, inspect for any damage or stains, and inform members immediately if any issues are found.
Accurately count and record all items using designated software and generate official receiving slips.
Coordinate with the designated laundry factory for timely dispatch and return of items.
Inspect returned items to ensure they meet the Club’s quality standards.
Generate and verify member bills, cross-checking with records.
Ensure timely and proper delivery of cleaned garments to members.
Maintain organized records of all transactions and communications.
Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism.
Ensure all tasks are performed in compliance with Club policies and service standards.
