  • Age At least 20 years
  • Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in HR and administration

  • Experience in hospitality, club, hotel, or service industry preferred

  • Strong knowledge of labor law, disciplinary procedures, and staff management

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Bangla

  • Ability to handle confidential matters professionally

  • Proficiency in computer applications and reporting systems

  • Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Context:

Gulshan Club Limited is inviting applications from experienced and dynamic professionals for the position of HR & Admin Manager.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage the club's day-to-day administrative operations.

  • Close coordination with President and Board of Directors.

  • Coordinate club meetings, events and internal programs.

  • Prepare and maintain meeting minutes, reports, and official documentation.

  • Handle employee recruitment, member onboarding, and engagement activities.

  • Maintain employee database, attendance records, and administrative files.

  • Support conflict resolution and maintain a positive club environment.

  • Coordinate communication between Board of Directors and general members.

  • Assist in performance monitoring and task follow-up for club teams.

  • Ensure smooth operational workflow and organizational discipline.

  • Support event planning, scheduling, and team coordination.

  • Manage internal announcements and communication channels.

  • Develop and maintain HR policies, guidelines, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Handle disciplinary procedures and others.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, organizational policies and administrative procedures.
