• Diploma/BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering

• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Club

• Age At least 20 years

• Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in maintenance management of large commercial facilities, clubs, hotels, hospitals, or shopping malls

• Strong understanding of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing systems, pumps, generators, VRF systems, and fire safety systems

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Good reporting and documentation ability

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies efficiently

• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Job Context:

Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a highly experienced and technically competent Maintenance Manager to oversee the Club’s overall maintenance operations and infrastructure management.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage all maintenance operations of the Club

• Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, generator, civil, mechanical, and fire safety systems

• Implement preventive maintenance schedules and reporting systems

• Coordinate and supervise vendors, contractors, and technical staff

• Ensure all maintenance work complies with safety and operational standards

• Respond effectively to emergency maintenance situations

• Maintain proper documentation, inventory records, and maintenance logs

• Monitor operational efficiency and minimize downtime
