Experience:

Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CIPS) will be an added advantage
Sound knowledge of inventory management systems and ERP/software
Good analytical and problem-solving ability
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting
Strong communication and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple operational demands
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement, or logistics
At least 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, managing teams and overseeing operations
Prior experience in hospitality industry, club, hotel, or large F&B operations will be given preference
Job Summary:
Gulshan Club Limited is seeking a competent and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and manage the end-to-end supply chain operations of the Club. This role is critical in ensuring uninterrupted supply of goods and services across all departments including restaurants, bakery, sports facilities, housekeeping, events, and maintenance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for procurement, inventory control, vendor management, and cost optimization while maintaining the highest standards of quality.
Job Responsibilities:
Plan, implement, and monitor overall supply chain strategy to maximize efficiency and productivity
Oversee procurement of food items, beverages, sports equipment, housekeeping supplies, and other operational materials
Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers; negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery terms
Ensure timely availability of high-quality goods for all club operations including F&B outlets, events, and recreational facilities
Personally monitor and verify early morning receipt of grocery items to ensure compliance with approved work orders in terms of quality, quantity, and freshness
Enforce strict quality control by rejecting and returning any goods that fail to meet the Club’s standards, even post-delivery
Monitor inventory levels and implement effective stock control systems to minimize wastage and shortages
Lead the development and optimization of the ERP system to ensure accurate tracking and backtracking of stock across all sections.
Coordinate with multiple departments (Restaurant, Kitchen, Bakery, HR, Admin, Sports, Maintenance) for demand planning
Ensure compliance with internal policies, audit requirements, and safety standards
Drive key performance outcomes focusing on cost control through effective wastage management and procurement efficiency on an annual basis.
Analyze costs and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
Supervise store and logistics team and ensure proper documentation and reporting
Handle vendor evaluation and performance tracking
