∎ Bachelor's Degree from a reputed university (local or international), preferably majoring in Human Resource, Management, Business or any other relevant field.
∎ Familiarity with health care and hospital industry will be given preference.

∎ This position will be responsible to perform all the responsibilities related to Core HR aspects of LifeSpring Consultancy Limited
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Be the contact person from Core HR for all the departments (Business Partner).
∎ Assist HoD in reviewing job descriptions and organization change.
∎ Maintain communication with Accounts department regarding salary information, increment, incentive, bonus, new hires and other relevant aspects.
∎ Ensure all aspects of legal compliance and adherence of Bangladesh Labor Law Acts where necessary.
∎ Assist HoD in formulating HR policy.
∎ Assist HoD in maintaining organization culture that brings positive atmosphere in the organization.
∎ Maintain and update HRIS system to ensure accuracy of data of new hires, transfers, entry and exit time, etc.
∎ Be the first contact point of HRIS vendor for all the updates and changes.
∎ Prepare and maintain all communication aspects including employment, salary increment, transfer, promotion, termination, work experience letters.
∎ Maintain talent acquisition from posting job ads to on-boarding.
∎ Maintain roster schedule of the front desk executives.
∎ Maintain and update all legal documents of the consultants.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Excellent organizational skill, attention to details and is tenacious with follow-ups.
∎ Well conversed in Bangla and English
∎ Well organized, detail-oriented and a collaborative team player.
∎ Must be feedback oriented.
∎ Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Tk. 40000 - 50000 (Monthly)
