Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Handle booking procedures efficiently to ensure timely shipment.
∎ Prepare shipping documents (Invoice, Packing List, BL Instructions, etc.) accurately.
∎ Maintain regular communication with C&F agents, freight forwarders, and shipping lines to ensure smooth shipment processes.
∎ Coordinate with the buying house and internal teams for order tracking and shipment updates.
∎ Ensure compliance with all relevant export-import regulations and documentation requirements.
∎ Address and resolve any shipment-related issues proactively.
