Job Context:
∎ Preference will be given to retired Sergeants and Warrant Officers from the Army of Bangladesh. Only dynamic, self-committed, energetic, and hardworking candidates are encouraged to apply
∎ Security In-Charge, Who has vast knowledge and experience about the total security system of a large project of 100% export-oriented garment Industry. Have proper knowledge of how to protect and secure the entire project, man, machine. material and others things.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and coordinate security efforts across the company, including information technology, human resources, communications, legal, facilities management, and other groups.
∎ Identify security initiatives and standards.
∎ Ensure security is maintained and updated.
∎ Develop procedures to ensure the physical safety of employees and visitors.
∎ Maintain and keep updating different types of registers (Guard's Duty Roster, Vehicle, Officer's In/Out, Visitor, Key register, etc).
∎ Manage the development and implementation of global security policy, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
∎ Create workplace violence awareness and prevention programs.
∎ Implement video surveillance.
∎ Prioritize security initiatives.
∎ Maintain relationships with local, state, and federal law enforcement and other related government agencies.
∎ Develop emergency procedures and incident responses.
∎ Investigate security breaches
∎ Implement disciplinary procedures.
∎ Monitoring & auditing all the subordinates of the department
∎ Ensure that all supervisors and guards are well aware of their duties and responsibilities.
∎ Responsible for the overall security of man, machine, and information of the factory.
∎ Develop/update the security system to maintain a safe work environment in the factory.
∎ Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
∎ Check & verify materials delivery challan with an approved gate pass.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by the Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 5-7 years practical working experience in any reputed export-oriented Woven & Knit Garments Industries.
∎ Knowledge of all relevant retailing legal and ethical requirements
∎ Strong verbal and written communication skills
∎ Capable to deal promptly with emergency situations
∎ The ability to follow instructions and deliver quality results
∎ Must have knowledge of computer literacy.
∎ Experienced in software-based visitor management.
