3D Design, Sample and CAD
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Head of Sampling leading the team of Pattern masters / 3D fit Technicians / Sewing floor and the sample fabric warehouse.
∎ • Lead the sampling team in the front giving clear direction and stay accountable for
∎ - Technical direction & Pattern development
∎ - Prioritization
∎ - Fit approval – RFT
∎ - Markers with best efficiency always
∎ - Forcasting & Planning of sample sewing floor & Intime sampling
∎ - RFT sampling
∎ Weekly & Monthly reports on performance of
∎ - Pattern masters
∎ - Technical fit approvals
∎ - 3D deliverables
∎ - Sewing floor productivity & RFT
∎ - Cost per unit produced – Over all & its control
∎ Over all looking for a leader in the sampling section who is a techno commercial person with
∎ - Graduate from BIFT / BE- Textile engineering
∎ - Minimum of 12 years of experience out of which atleast 5 years as head of a sample room
∎ - Must have handled American customers for Mens / Boys & Kids bottoms & Tops
∎ - Must have proficiency in software based pattern making
∎ - Browzwear 3D certification will be an added advantage
∎ - Good proficiency & Command in English
∎ - From the Manufacturing background
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
