Garments, Garments Manufacturing, Garments Sector, Germents and Textile
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Buying House, Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Understand buyer requirements and tune factory quality according to buyer's preference.
∎ Maintain the customer quality standard.
∎ Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.
∎ Must have practical experience and knowledge in garments pattern making.
∎ Able to prepare, develop Pattern independently.
∎ Must know pattern grading and correction as per production report.
∎ Arrange style wise pattern designing and pattern grading to ensure zero error.
∎ Verify & check patterns as per buyer comments to ensure the accuracy of the measurements of garments.
∎ Provide technical advice and support to merchandisers and production team.
∎ Capable of amending patterns and idea of different shapes of pattern.
∎ Conduct technical audit of factories and suggest improvements.
∎ Ensure all production corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Set up each and every process, machine to machine and ensure right quality is achieved in Pilot run itself.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
∎ Should have strong ability to getting self-inspection.
