Job Responsibilities:
∎ Conduct Pre-production meeting with knowledge of cross auditing all pre-production procedure / test carried out in Fabric, trims and Size-set.
∎ Understand buyer requirements and tune factory quality according to buyers preference.
∎ Set each and every process machine to machine and ensure right quality is achieved in Pilot run itself.
∎ Capable of amending patterns and idea of different shape of pattern
∎ Conduct technical audit of factories and suggest improvements.
∎ Knowledge of different types of washes and technique to maintain the same in finishing process.
∎ Knowledge of different types of calibration and educating factory.
∎ Implement and maintain Quality system and audit procedure from fabric to shipment.
∎ Inline audit at production process (take control from beginning for material, cutting process,
∎ sewing process, finishing process and packaging
∎ Conduct inline sewing, inline finishing and pre -final audit @ AQL 1.5.
∎ Different type of Sewing technique for achieving better quality
∎ Capable of Training and educating the sewing and finishing workers to achieve right quality.
∎ Guide factory in tough situation and avoid bottle neck in process.
∎ Must have handled the following types of fabrics - Lysol, tencel, Polyester, nylon, crape, satin and other light weight fabric.
∎ Must have worked for some good catalogue or premium buyers like Ann taylor, Louis Philip, Jones New York or similar brands.
∎ Conduct PP meeting, in-line and final inspection and Provide solutions to solve quality issues.
∎ Ensure all production corrective actions are implemented in a timely and effective manner.
∎ Maintain the customer quality standard.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Head of Department and Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Should have proven leadership & communication skills
∎ Should have strong analytical skills and reporting skills.
∎ Should be self-motivated, sincere & result oriented.
∎ Should have strong ability to getting self-inspection.
