Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline preferred

Experience Requirements:
∎ 8 to 10 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Excellent knowledge in solving critical issues explaining technical points of various day to day problems occur while sampling or bulk production.
∎ Full responsibility for quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in process, finished goods inspection, and testing.
∎ Establishing product specifications and quality attributes.
∎ Conducts floor audits and manage first article and first piece inspection and report.
∎ Develops and maintains quality assurance objectives and coordinates objectives with production procedures.
∎ If any discrepancies happen then it needs to be informed to the top management.
∎ Plans, promotes, and organizes training activities related to product quality.
∎ Need to finalize the critical operation, quality points and explain to Quality Inspectors.
∎ Collaborating with other members of management to develop new product and engineering designs, and manufacturing and training methods.

∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ He must be experienced for 3-4 years with American Eagle as BTM in any manufacturing company.
