Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies:
∎ o Create comprehensive marketing plans to promote our software solutions.
∎ o Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
∎ o Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
∎ 2. Lead Sales Initiatives:
∎ o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
∎ o Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
∎ o Monitor sales performance and provide guidance to the team for continuous improvement.
∎ 3. Build and Manage Client Relationships:
∎ o Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
∎ o Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.
∎ o Gather client feedback to drive product and service improvements.
∎ 4. Team Leadership:
∎ o Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing and sales team.
∎ o Provide guidance, support, and motivation to team members to achieve individual and collective goals.
∎ o Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
∎ Qualifications:
∎ • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
∎ • Proven experience in software sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
∎ • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
∎ • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ • In-depth knowledge of marketing strategies and trends in the software industry.
∎ • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
∎ • Results-oriented and customer-focused.
