Responsibilities & Context:

This position will support the automobile sales team by managing sales administration activities and providing data-driven insights through analysis of sales performance, market trends, dealer performance, and customer data. The role requires strong coordination skills, analytical thinking, and proficiency in data tools to support strategic decision-making and improve sales efficiency.

  • Prepare and maintain sales reports, order processing records, invoices, and delivery tracking.

  • Coordinate with dealers, distributors, logistics, and internal departments for smooth order execution.

  • Manage sales documentation including quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and compliance records.

  • Assist sales team with MIS reporting, follow-ups, and customer communication.

  • Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate sales and customer data.

  • Support promotional activities, schemes, and incentive tracking.

  • Collect, clean, and analyze sales, dealer, and market data to identify trends and performance gaps.

  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dashboards on:

    • Sales volume & revenue

    • Model-wise / region-wise / dealer-wise performance

    • Inventory & stock movement

    • Targets vs achievements

  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve sales strategy and forecasting.

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to align data and reporting.

  • Identify process gaps and suggest improvements using data analysis.

  • Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of sales and business data.

  • Sales targets and actual volumes are clearly represented through interactive pie and bar charts.

  • Support management presentations with data visualizations and analytical summaries.

  • Any other assignment as assigned by the management from time to time.
