Responsibilities & Context:

We are looking for a highly motivated, dynamic, and result-oriented Marketing Manager who will lead the company's marketing initiatives, brand development, market expansion, and business growth strategies. The ideal candidate should possess strong business acumen, strategic thinking capability, leadership skills, and a proven track record in developing successful marketing and branding campaigns that drive revenue growth and market share. Modern marketing leadership roles typically combine strategic planning, brand management, data-driven decision-making, cross-functional collaboration, and business growth responsibilities.

Strategic Marketing & Business Growth

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue-generating initiatives.

  • Drive market penetration, customer acquisition, and business expansion plans.

  • Conduct market intelligence, competitor analysis, and customer behavior studies.

  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to achieve business objectives.

Brand Management

  • Develop and strengthen corporate and product branding strategies.

  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all communication channels.

  • Lead brand awareness and reputation-building initiatives.

  • Manage corporate events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and promotional campaigns.

Marketing Communication & Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.

  • Oversee content development, social media, digital marketing, public relations, and advertising activities.

  • Manage agency relationships and external marketing partners.

  • Monitor campaign effectiveness and optimize marketing ROI.

Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team.

  • Establish KPIs and performance targets for team members.

  • Foster a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders.

Analytics & Budget Management

  • Develop and manage annual marketing budgets.

  • Analyze campaign performance, customer insights, and market trends.

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reports for management.

  • Ensure effective utilization of marketing resources to maximize return on investment. Marketing managers are commonly expected to use analytics, budgeting, and performance measurement to guide business decisions
