Responsibilities & Context:

Auxbeam Bangladesh, operating in the automotive lighting and accessories market, is seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role serves as the key link between the company and its customers, combining strong communication and persuasion skills with a consistent focus on meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers through regular, professional communication.
• Present products persuasively and convert inquiries into sales.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities and negotiate deals in line with company policy.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales needs.
• Submit regular sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
