Experience:
MBA/Master's degree in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline from a reputed Public University.
Candidates with strong academic backgrounds and additional professional certifications will be given preference.
Minimum 8-12 years of professional experience in Sales and Marketing.
At least 4-5 years of experience in a managerial role leading Corporate Sales teams.
Experience in Consumer Electronics, Mobile Handset, ICT, Telecom, FMCG, or related industries will be preferred.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing key corporate accounts.
Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
Sound knowledge of corporate sales, key account management, and business development.
Strong analytical, reporting, and strategic planning capabilities.
Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
Ability to work under pressure and achieve challenging business targets.
Strong networking skills with corporate, government, and institutional clients.

Limited, the Manufacturer & National Distributor of Samsung Mobile in Bangladesh, is seeking a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced professional for the position of Head of Corporate Sales (Manager). The incumbent will be responsible for leading the Corporate Sales Department, driving business growth, developing strategic partnerships, and achieving corporate sales objectives through effective leadership and market development initiatives.
Lead, direct, and oversee all corporate sales operations, including forecasting, planning, budgeting, and strategic execution to achieve organizational objectives.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to ensure the achievement of assigned sales targets and business growth objectives.
Allocate sales targets among team members and provide continuous guidance, supervision, and support to ensure optimum performance and target attainment.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities on a regular basis.
Drive business expansion by acquiring new corporate accounts and developing long-term partnerships with prospective clients.
Prepare, analyze, and submit periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews to senior management.
Ensure effective coordination and communication with internal departments and principal partners to facilitate seamless business operations and customer service.
Monitor, evaluate, and enhance the performance of team members through regular assessments, coaching, mentoring, and training initiatives.
Identify emerging market opportunities, upcoming projects, industry trends, technical specifications, and relevant stakeholders to formulate effective sales and marketing strategies.
Conduct market intelligence activities, competitor analysis, and customer need assessments to strengthen the Company's market position.
Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, and corporate sales standards.
